A very good copy of this portrait pad style set of 24 black and white/sepia reproductions of paintings and sculpture from The Louvre in Paris. No date or edition statement but probably 1920. No text other than the title of each piece. Each plate protected by tissue - 3 are misseing from last pages. No dust jacket. Tightly bound as portrait pad with binding at the top Cover: dark brown paper with gilt border and lettering to front and some black lettering to front and rear Lettering on rear is a publisher statement and a list of other titles in the same series. 24 pictures & 21 tissue papers Great collectors piece Some gilding is missing from from cover.
