The cost is more but provides tracking down to the postal carrier scanning it when they deliver it to your mailbox. Plus, the card ships in a padded mailer for better protection. If you choose "eBay Standard Envelope" and it get lost in the mail, there is not much I can do for you. You will have to contact your local Post Office. I will not give refunds if it shows delivered by the Post Office.
