Includes various letters b0th to and from Co-author Jesse Jame III to the previous owner (and their envelopes), an original staple bound order form, an article, and a letter from the publisher to the previous owner. Stated first edition published in 1975 by Santa Anita Press in California. Binding is sound and pages are unmarked. The lettering on the front cover is slightly faded but otherwise the boards clean and square with light shelf wear to the top and bottom of the spine. Please see photos for condition detail.
